A FIVE-MONTH GUIDED EXPERIENCE
FOR ACCOMPLISHED WOMEN LEADERS
SOMEDAY
Is Now
Shape your next chapter.
Honor who you are.
Make room for who you’re becoming.

BECAUSE SOMEDAY KEEPS MOVING

The next chapter won't write itself.

After decades of building a meaningful career and becoming someone others count on, wanting something different can create difficult tension.

✦

You may want more room to choose what matters to you.

More creativity.

More connection.

More room for yourself.

✦

You may sense that how you spend your time
and energy no longer feels right,
yet wonder what should change, what should remain,
and how your sense of who you are
will evolve as your priorities change.

Hiker at the fork in the path.
Meanwhile, someday keeps moving.

Someday Is Now is a five-month guided experience for accomplished women leaders who are ready to give these questions thoughtful attention.

In a small, carefully curated circle of women with rich experience and perspectives, you'll clarify what matters now, explore meaningful possibilities, and begin making intentional changes-with the insight, encouragement, and accountability of women navigating their own next chapters.

Five months from now

What could be different?

Imagine five months from now, having more clarity about what matters to you, more confidence in the choices you're making, and firsthand experience of what might be possible.

Open garden gate leading to a sunlit path.
01A personal definition of a satisfying next chapter, grounded in your core values.
02Clear priorities for what you want to continue, change, release, or explore.
03Greater insight into what works for you, gained by testing meaningful possibilities in your everyday life.
04Tangible progress toward a personally meaningful priority you choose.
05A practical 90-day continuation plan, including next steps and the support you need.

You do not need your next chapter figured out.
You do need to be ready to let your own priorities count, too.

Insight into practice

Why five months?

Insight can happen in a conversation. Putting it into practice takes time.

Together, we will clarify what matters, choose possibilities to test, observe what happens, and adjust. You might try a new boundary, explore an interest, reconsider a commitment, or discover a different way to use your talents and experience.

Some experiments will confirm what you want. Others may reveal that an appealing possibility would become another obligation. Both give you useful information for your next decision.

A next chapter takes shape through small, meaningful choices made in the life you’re living now.

Thoughtfully held, practically grounded

Circle of friends talking and laughing together.

Your experience includes

Imagine having a small circle of accomplished women with whom you can think aloud, share perspectives, challenge assumptions, and explore possibilities - without worrying that a passing thought will become someone else's lasting impression of you.

In this confidential, carefully curated circle, you'll find women who bring their own rich experiences, fresh perspectives, and genuine curiosity about what comes next. Together, you'll have room to explore possibilities, encourage one another, and perhaps form friendships that extend well beyond the five months you spend together.

Someday Is Now combines that collective wisdom with thoughtful facilitation, practical experimentation, and accountability that helps you turn insight into action.

Group sessions will be recorded and stored in a private, participant-only space so you can revisit discussions or catch up after an absence. Participants may request that recording be paused for sensitive conversations. Recordings and access links may not be shared outside the cohort.

Respectful listening.
Shared care.
A private circle.

Why work with Carol?

For more than 15 years, Carol J. Kaemmerer has helped accomplished leaders recognize their strengths, clarify their professional identities, and make thoughtful choices about how they want to be known and the impact they want to have.

An executive branding and influence strategist, professional speaker, coach, and author of the award-winning, best-selling LinkedIn for the Savvy Executive, Carol brings both strategic perspective and a deeply personal approach to her work.

She is known for listening closely, asking questions that open new perspectives, and helping people recognize possibilities they may not have considered.

With Someday Is Now, Carol brings those strengths to a different kind of exploration: helping accomplished women consider how they want to invest their experience, energy, and time as their priorities evolve-and creating a thoughtful environment in which they can learn from one another as they do.

A personal note from Carol

Why I created
Someday Is Now

As my husband, Bill, and I began planning a year with significant travel, I realized that my usual work cadence would follow me wherever we went unless I deliberately changed it. I wanted to experience the world with him, with room to be fully present.

I love my work. I also recognize that time together is precious. That prompted a question: How could I preserve the work and contribution I value while creating more room for the life we want to enjoy?

As I talked with other accomplished women leaders, I discovered that many were asking their own versions of that question. They were reconsidering priorities, exploring possibilities, and wondering how their identities might evolve. They also welcomed the idea of having these conversations with other thoughtful women who could bring fresh perspectives to their exploration.

That's why I created Someday Is Now: to give these questions the attention they deserve, to turn reflection into meaningful experimentation, and to bring together women whose collective wisdom can enrich the journey for all of us.

A good fit begins with honest reflection

Is Someday Is Now right for you?

Someday Is Now is designed for accomplished women leaders who are ready to give thoughtful attention to what they want their next chapter to include.

You may love much of the life you've created while sensing that something else deserves more room. Perhaps you're reconsidering how you spend your time, exploring a personal aspiration, or wondering how you might use your experience and talents in new ways.

You don't need to know exactly what you want to change. Curiosity and a willingness to explore are enough to begin.

You'll benefit most if you're willing to:

  • Participate regularly
  • Listen with care
  • Reflect honestly
  • Test possibilities between meetings

You bring your judgment and experience; Carol and the group offer structure, perspective, and support as you choose your next steps.
